About Excelsior Homes For Sale

The Excelsior housing market consists primarily of single-family homes, and a smaller selection of condos. Prices for detached single-family homes and condos in the neighborhood begin in the $500's and move up into the $900's. Many of the properties in the Excelsior community were constructed in the early 1900's and have been well-kept over the years.
