Stephanie is a Broker-Associate with well over 30 years' experience in selling residential real estate – most of that at the prestigious firm of Hill & Co. Real Estate. No transaction is too big – having helped one client amass a large portfolio of apartment buildings – or too small, having worked with another client – her housekeeper - to purchase her first home and later two other properties. Thanks to the consistent business from her loyal clients and their referrals, Stephanie has been a Top Producing sales agent at Hill & Co. every year since 1986 and frequently honored as the #1, 2 or 3 Top Producing agent companywide. She continues as a Top Producer to this day. In fact, Stephanie still holds the record for the highest single year sales for Hill & Co. since its inception in 1956.
Stephanie grew up living on Air Force bases at which her father, Col. Saunders, was stationed and enjoyed her early years traveling the world. Having been stationed at Hamilton Air Force base in beautiful Marin County, her family returned to Marin upon her father’s retirement. Stephanie has lived in San Francisco or Marin County ever since (although with a three year sabbatical to Southern California while her husband was in residency). Stephanie studied at the College of Marin’s world-renowned Theatre Arts Department. She graduated from Sonoma State University with Summa Cum Laude honors and went on to graduate studies at both the American Conservatory Theatre and San Francisco State University. Stephanie is very active in the community, sitting on several Boards as an active member or advisor. She also actively participates in several local theatres when time allows. She is married to Dr. N. Thomas Ahlberg, Anesthesiologist at St. Francis Memorial Hospital.
Stephanie lives life passionately in San Francisco and Marin and never tires of selling the beautiful properties on "both sides" of the Golden Gate Bridge!
