Bill is a long time resident of San Francisco, and consequently, has a great understanding of all the City’s neighborhoods and the relative benefits of each neighborhood. Bill resides on Russian Hill and has also lived in the Marina District.
For many years Bill was a senior private banker at Wells Fargo, Citigroup and Northern Trust. His years of experience in private banking allow him a unique understanding of negotiating and structuring complex real estate transactions. In addition to his personal approach Bill is able to provide insight into all of the financial impacts of the purchase and sale of real estate.
Bill has been involved with the arts in San Francisco for many years. He is especially involved with the San Francisco Symphony where he sits on several committees, volunteers and is a long time subscriber. He has also served as a trustee of Smuin Ballet. Bill has served on committees at San Francisco Ballet and San Francisco Opera.
Bill has a love of the outdoors and enjoys skiing, biking and hiking. He is often found on the trails of Marin County with his black Labrador retriever, Chip. He and Chip are also daily walkers at Crissy Field in the Presidio of San Francisco.
Bill grew up on the North Shore of Chicago. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Denver and holds a master’s degree in art history with a special focus on Italian Renaissance and Baroque painting and sculpture.
