About John L. Woodruff III

John has been successfully helping his clients buy and sell properties in and around San Francisco for since 1987. Raised in New York City and New England, John moved out to San Francisco in 1980 had has loved living here ever since. His extensive knowledge of San Francisco's unique properties and neighborhoods, combined with his patience, creativity, passion and good humor have helped to make John a Top Producer at Hill & Company for almost two decades. Those qualities are the reason why so many of John's clients have returned to him again and again for help with their Real Estate needs. He has helped literally hundreds of clients to buy and/or sell homes in his career.
In his spare time John enjoys time with his beautiful wife and children. They love to travel and he and his wife both enjoy performing in local theaterand volnteering at their children's schools. John has also been an avid fencer since the age of 9 and teaches theatrical/historical fencing.
In 2001 John joined forces with an old friend, Marcus Miller to create the Woodruff and Miller Team. They successfully specialize in unusual and unique properties, investment buildings and helping clients with development projects.
