When it came time to sell 108 Mallorca Way, we knew that there would be no other agent more appropriate to handle the sale than you. Your knowledge and expertise provided a lot of comfort as we set about selling what was clearly our most valuable asset our family owned. Though we ultimately had a very smooth sale, your presence was much appreciated throughout the course of the process – even when we experienced our little hiccup with the potential buyer who was not quite as divorced as he had led his agent to believe he was, causing us to fall out of escrow. I do not know what we would have done without your calming influence in that situation.



From start to finish you were great. You were incredibly well prepared at our initial pricing discussions, produced excellent sales collateral, were very informed and helpful in our staging process, and were excellent at following up and providing status updates on all potential buyers. We moved downstairs to 106 Mallorca Way in February and were closed at a great price just 3 months later. Not an easy feat given the state of the real estate market at the time!
