President
Jay Costello has been active with Hill & Co. since 1980 where he began his career as a Residential Leasing Agent and then Sales Agent. From there, he continued his responsibilities as Sales Manager, General Manager and now, President of the Company. Jay is a native San Franciscan. He graduated from Pomona College in Claremont, California where he was a government major and a 3-year captain of the Lacrosse Team. He has continued his interest in lacrosse and volunteers his time for a number of Bay Area lacrosse programs.
Eileen Mougeot
Vice President
Eileen Mougeot joined Hill & Co. in 1981. After 20 years as a Top Producer she transitioned to the management team in 2002, when she assumed the position of Sales Manager. In January 2006, she was named Vice President of Hill & Co. Originally from Northwest Connecticut, Eileen attended Simmons College in Boston and the Sorbonne University in Paris. She lived in Paris for three years, where she worked and continued her studies. Eileen is also a Board member of the non-profit organization, Tangible Hope Foundation, which strives to empower young girls in the developing world. Tangible Hope's current project is building a girls' center in Ethiopia.

Kilby brings her energy, positive attitude and skills to the management team at Hill & Co., where she heads up the company's 24th Street office and mentors fellow agents. Maya Brouwer came to Hill & Co. after spending several years in the dot com world, with a desire to be involved with a tangible and expanding business. She found both of these at Hill & Co in 2002 and became the office manager for the sales offices.

Lynne Fox is a recognized conceptual merchant with a successful career in merchandising a broad range of products and has a proven ability to source and develop merchandise with consistent success. She is a creative thinker and an imaginative problem solver. Lynne had been a selling agent for Hill & Co. in the past and rejoined the company in 2004 in her current capacity.

Marlena Miller was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona in a home overlooking the picturesque desert valley. She holds a B.S. in Business / Marketing and has worked in the field of Advertising and Marketing for over 24 years. She relocated to San Francisco in 2003 to marry her high-school sweetheart. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and sharing this magnificent city with their two incredible children.

Office Manager for our sales offices
Maya Brouwer came to Hill & Co. after spending several years in the dot com world, with a desire to be involved with a tangible and expanding business. She found both of these at Hill & Co in 2002 and became the office manager for the sales offices.
She manages all of the daily operations, supervises the administrative team and has built a strong atmosphere of office support for the sales agents, enabling them to succeed on behalf of their clients.
Maya first learned about Hill & Co, when she was President of the Marina Merchant Association and volunteered on the first Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in San Francisco, where Hill & Co. presented a large team of walkers and runners.
Born and educated in Holland, Maya lived in Australia and England, and arrived in San Francisco in 1976 where she started San Francisco’s first Antique Collective.
In her spare time, you will find her at different music venues around San Francisco.
Director of Technology
Brian Wilcox brings 15 years of technology experience to Hill & Co. Real Estate. He spent the last 10 years in the real estate industry, seeing that the brokerages and agents he worked with stayed ahead of the ever-evolving technology curve; an area that has changed the process of buying and selling a home dramatically over the last decade.
At Hill & Co., Brian is responsible for in-house IT operations, oversees technical support and shapes the company's technology direction.
Brian previously served at another brokerage as a Technology Trainer, Solutions Architect, Network Engineer and Director of Technology. He is a Bay Area native who holds a Bachelor's degree in Network Technology and is certified by both Microsoft and Cisco Systems.

His career includes stints as manager in the marketing departments of the San Francisco Chronicle and San Jose Mercury News. He also served as Creative Director at two leading ad agencies in Silicon Valley, and was most recently the Marketing Director of another San Francisco real estate brokerage.
A native of San Francisco, Garey is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley. He met his wife Maria in 2001, and they married in 2003.

Lynne Fox is a recognized conceptual merchant with a successful career in merchandising a broad range of products and has a proven ability to source and develop merchandise with consistent success. She is a creative thinker and an imaginative problem solver. Lynne had been a selling agent for Hill & Co. in the past and rejoined the company in 2004 in her current capacity.
As a volunteer, Lynne has contributed significantly to the community at large. In 1977, she was instrumental in the development of the Decorator Showcase and was co-chairwoman of the first San Francisco University High School Event, which benefits the school’s scholarship fund. In 1991, after her diagnosis of breast cancer in 1990, Lynne launched and was chairwoman of the first annual “Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure” for breast cancer research. Lynne is still involved with the Komen Foundation and continues to work on raising awareness and funds to eradicate this disease by advancing research, education, screening and treatment.

Marlena joined the team of Hill & Co. Real Estate as their Marketing Manager after enjoying 18 successful years of working with an in-house agency for an Anheuser-Busch wholesaler. She helped the distributor achieve a 65% market-share through multi-media advertising that included billboards, print, radio, internet and event promotions. At Hill & Co. she is responsible for overall direct mail marketing and assists in brand management, advertising campaigns and agent marketing.
